We experienced a lovely afternoon.The Barn was pleasant. High roof line and huge windows.Staff were very helpful and were present when required.The separation of guests allowed a degree of privacy.Food was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful.The shiraz was very much too our liking.Overall a wonderful experience.Would very much like a repeat. :)
Beautiful place, poor food, poor service. Most of the food were lack of flavour and under-seasoned. We asked twice for plates to share the mains after the mains were served, and plates were cold. Duck breast was undercooked. Dessert was a joke. We were not allow to take away any food that we couldn't finish, because they didn't have their 'take away license'?! On top of that, It cost you $95/head. This is so embarrassed and disappointed. Not coming back again for sure.
Terrible customer service. Our wedding venue cancelled our booking so we have been trying to find a venue asap. I called them 4 days in a row trying to follow up with when we would be contacted and every day was “today or tomorrow”.We went in and the receptionist was no where to be seen. We had to go to the cafe to ask for someone to help us to which they said the receptionist would meet us back at the office. We waited there for 5 minutes, if not longer, then she finally came in blasé and was rude and not sympathetic to our situation at all. Basically scoffed us away so we didn’t even bother looking around the venue.
Enjoyed a Mothers Day lunch at The Stables, our family of five was lucky to be placed in a very quiet private room with beautiful light. The food was great on a fixed menu.

Went for a Sunday lunch fixed price menu. The food was nice enough however the person that greets you at the door tries to guess how much money you may have. If I ask for a table, then the next course of action should be to find me one. Not direct us to a couch with a menu to ponder if it's within the budget. Service was a little inattentive concentrating on larger groups.

Attended a wedding event here and really enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The chapel, the pavilion and barn were all gorgeous and made for an enjoyable experience.The staff were all wonderful and service was amazing.Unfortunately the food wasn’t up the same standards. Whilst it presented well, the flavor profiles didn’t mesh and most dishes were under-seasoned and quite disappointing.
The good view is that good weather is too good to have an escape tour from the busy city area.

Jack Rabbit boasts stunning bay views and impeccable food. It’s a must visit when on the Bellarine peninsula and a reasonable day trip for lunch from Melbourne. Even if you aren’t a wine lover I would recommend dining purely for the delicious crispy chats. Everything we ate was exceptional and given the quality the price point was value for money.There are a few fine dining style menu items; quail, kangaroo, venison etc but if you prefer simple fare the eye fillet is sublime and the dark chocolate dessert flawless. All elements executed to perfection and working in perfect harmony. I couldn’t fault the meal

This is definitely THE place to get married. You have so many spots for photographs and also one of the nicest indoor locations to have a ceremony in Australia. The staff are exceptional and the food and wine are top notch. Everyone had a wonderful time at my own wedding at Stones in 2016. And I always look forward to photographing other weddings at Stones of the Yarra Valley. I've photographed in UK, Italy, Maldives, Chicago, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and this is definitely one of the best places to get married in the world in my opinion.

Had a pleasure to attend my friend's wedding at this charming winery. Although the venue wasn't particularly large, it exuded a warm and cozy atmosphere that made the celebration feel incredibly intimate and special. The picturesque vineyard provided a stunning backdrop, and the rustic elegance of the winery added to the overall charm.
Immerse was our first and only venue we looked at. We’d researched pretty much every venue in Victoria by the time we were ready to check them out in person. Immerse was one of our favourites. By chance we’d come across an Open Day advertised on their Facebook page, so we organised to visit Immerse first. As soon as we pulled into the car park we knew none of the other venues stood a chance. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with so many photo perfect sites! Our favourites were the gazebo swing and bridge by the lake, the gardens and vineyard, and the chapel.We’d been struggling to find a place that had both an amazing reception area AND chapel, since we were getting married in June and didn’t want to test the weather with a garden wedding. Immerse was the only venue where we LOVED both. The chapel has a beautiful airy feel with elegant wood accents and a gorgeous floor to ceiling window behind the alter. The reception area was massive, with a nice rustic mix of wood, stone and black iron accents. If you’re looking for somewhere elegant, simple, and a little rustic, then this is the perfect venue.And the staff were AMAZING! Our wedding coordinator Laura was an absolute legend. She was ready to help with absolutely anything and made the whole process so easy for us. The whole day ran seamlessly and continued to go off without a hitch into the evening with our second coordinator Shannon. The waitstaff during the reception were absolutely incredible. They were always nearby to assist and managed to remember what everyone was drinking, so there was never a glass empty. We received so many compliments from our guests specifically about how attentive and lovely all the waitstaff were.

I have been to Immerse Winery for lunch three times now. On each occasion I have found it to be exceptional. The food is outstanding, the wines superb and the service excellent. The location with its garden views adds to the experience. I highly recommend Immerse in the Yarra Valley.

We got married here in April and cannot fault the team at Immerse! Our day ran so smoothly and all our guests have been raving about the service and the food.They made the whole planning process so easy and made us feel so special. Came here during autumn and the colours were absolutely stunning. Victoria has incredible wineries and this is one of them. They have a selection of wines to try. There is also a chapel here too so it is great for weddings. Accommodation is also available at the venue too.

Something about Immerse grabbed us on the first tour we took and we just knew it was the Venue for us!!We chose the beautiful chapel to get married in and it was the ceremony of our dreams. The communication and the lead up to the wedding was very seamless. They are so organised and always respond very quickly. But the day itself was AMAZING!!!Being able to get ready on site and also stay the night of the wedding made for the most relaxed day and could fully relax and enjoy selves, we were able to enjoy having our family and friends with us all morning and the day after the wedding we had breakfast on site which was extra special.Our wedding coordinator Kerrie was beyond incredible, she had everything under control and looked after all the suppliers bump in’s, so no one needed to contact us throughout the morning. She also was there if we needed anything at all and provided us with delicious coffee’s to kick start the morning.The food was unbelievable, our guests did not sop raving about the food and the hospitality all night! It was the first wedding any of us had been too where the staff continued to ask if we wanted any more food and would continue to bring food out until everyone was full. The table service for drinks was a big hit with our guests as well. We choose the feast me option and it was perfect. The reception is very large so it was nice not being squashed while eating or once the dance floor opened. We chose to extend the night until 12am and this included some chefs nibbles towards the end of the night so we were all well and truely fed.We could not be any more grateful for the entire experience we received at Immerse, from the grounds, to the staff and everything that was in-between you helped make our Wedding dreams come to life and we couldn’t recommend you enough to anyone else! Immerse was the perfect venue to have our wedding. The venue is stunning with plenty of photo opportunities, the wedding team is super friendly, attentive and promptly answered the many questions I sent through within the year leading up to our wedding. The food and wine servings were very generous, many guests said they had never been to a wedding before where the venue is so generous and free-flowing with the beer and wine. Our favourite touch was when they dedicated some time in the timeline for us to have private canapes in our room before we went to reception so we could catch our breath and relax for a few moments together. Completely recommend Immerse!

My wife and I recently had our wedding at Immerse. The chapel was incredible and hosted an amazing ceremony filled with those that we love and care about the most. The reception held over 140 guests comfortably and looked incredible. The 3 course meal was delicious and had all of our guests giving us high praise. The 20 rooms that were on site were fantastic and each of our guests who stayed couldn't speak highly enough of them. The wedding planner, admin and all other staff that we had worked with over our time leading up and on the day of the wedding were amazing and supported us in ensuring that our day was perfect.

We couldn't recommend Immerse more highly as a wedding venue.We were very impressed by the whole team.On the day they showed fantastic attention to detail - things like having the bridal room set-up in the morning ready with mimosas, and lots of thoughtful updates throughout the day (thank you to our amazing coordinator Laura!) , canapés post the photo hour/desert post the reception for us, and dessert when we arrived back at the conclusion of the reception.The service on the night was amazing - one of our family members drank only hot water and the staff gave him that the rest of the night without needing to be asked again), and all our guests raved about the food, and the speedy drinks service - no one had an empty glass all night!We felt so reassured throughout the whole process, and it made wedding planning (not just the wedding day) so much fun. The Immerse team were so helpful in their replies to our questions in the lead up and we couldn't believe how quickly we would get a response. From the very first meeting, we felt so excited to have our wedding at Immerse and it just exceeded our (already very high) expectations!

We got married at Immerse in September 2023 and it was absolutely amazing. The team at Immerse, Laura in particular, made sure everything leading up to and the day was organized and ready to go, making the day go so smoothly. All I had to do was arrive, and relax. The convenience of the ceremony, reception and some accommodation all in one and the option to get ready on site was unbelievable. And the food. My husband still dreams about the food from the wedding. The staff on the night were so attentive and ensuring all the guests were having a good time, managing dietary requirements and ensuring drinks were being filled up. We couldn't recommend Immerse enough with how well everything went and stress free the day was.

Venue was very nice.Staff were generally helpful.Gardens were lovely despite being out of flower season. Probably the only downside was how wet/muddy the grounds were seeing as the weather wasn't that bad.Guest room was big and clean. The bath would have been a nice touch if check-in/out times allowed more time to enjoy it, instead it was more inconvenient not having a way to stop shower water splashing around the bathroom. Room fridge/freezer not being built in was very noisy, we turned it off but then had to deal with their ice defrosting.More hooks to hang clothes would have been very useful, considering every guest is attending a wedding, only 2 hooks on the back of a door isn't ideal. Wi-fi would be nice considering the room price.Drinks throughout the wedding including wine tasting were all very good, the YVBC Pale Ale was a highlight.Dinner was delicious.Breakfast wasn't ideal, the waitress got my order wildly wrong and then didn't offer to correct it, just asked if I would still eat it as she moved on. Considering the menu is quite small I'm not sure where the confusion came in.
We recently got married at Immerse and it was the venue of our dreams. You cannot fault their service, not only on the day, but in every aspect of the planning and organisation. The grounds are gorgeous, perfect for photos. The convenience of having the ceremony, reception and accommodation for guests all in the same location is such a bonus. We got married at Immerse in August last year and had the absolute best day! All the wedding staff are incredibly helpful, always happy to answer any questions we had. We loved our menu, all the food was so delicious it was hard to choose, and our guests complemented on how great the service was on the night, their glasses were never empty. The grounds are stunning, even in winter we ended up with amazing photos and we took full advantage of their accommodation, having it fully reserved for our wedding was a nice touch. They were always on top of every little detail and made planning our wedding super easy!
I really enjoyed dinner with friends in this beautiful venue! A nice cosy atmosphere. I had the entree gnocchi and main salmon and both were perfect. Staff were attentive and food and drink was fantastic. We also attended a wedding here not long ago and it was stunning. So glad a friend brought me back for dinner. A beautiful spot for any function or a meal!
We got married back in March and absolutely loved Immerse, can't fault them at all from our first visit right through to packing up the next day. Laura our first meeting host & coordinator on the day was fantastic, so were the other team members we dealt with - outstanding communication as there's always someone ready to answer an email or phone call. Food/drinks/service staff were excellent, so many great photo spots throughout the grounds, onsite accommodation was ideal and just in general can't recommend more highly.
We had our daughters wedding here yesterday. From the moment we got there to prepare we were looked after by Laura, our wedding coordinator, she went over and above to make us very comfortable, providing coffees, hot chocolate , teas. What a wedding... In a good way! This place ticks a lot of boxes if you are looking for a beautiful place with a fantastic outlook and good grub.The food was good, but the buffet style dessert bar was perfect! I have never seen a buffet styled dessert bar, but this thing was going off like it was the last ever Taylor Swift concert.
We could not recommend YRE highly enough. They were such a professional operation on our wedding day, everything ran super smoothly. We loved their no nonsense approach and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Anna and Anton are so flexible and easy going, we were reassured everything would work out wonderfully, which of course it did! We also cannot go past how absolutely incredible the food was. Restaurant quality with many of our guests saying it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten! Wish we could get married there again - and really hope some of our friends get married here so we can be invited back as a guest!

Can’t believe we hadn’t discovered Vue on Halcyon before! 4 of us had planned to be bushwalking out of Healesville but down came the rain, the mist rolled in and the temperature plummeted! What to do? Lunch of course!One of our walkers had been here before and recommended it, so along we went. Warm welcome, a vacant table near the gas fire and a really nice menu promised to make our decision not to walk a good one. And so it turned out to be.Choice of smaller and larger plates is good and there’s a pretty good dessert menu too. We had the gnocchi with arrabbiata sauce, the salmon, the special which was a whole Buxton trout superbly cooked in paper, and the pasta with prawns. My arrabbiata was great - smooth, tender gnocchi and a sauce that was rich and with a nice hit of chilli at the end. Every other dish was a hit too.I hadn’t heard of this venue which is beautifully situated with vineyard views through to surrounding hills. The venue has space for weddings and special events but the restaurant shares the tasting space. We were astounded to see how few people were there on the day, but it was cold and wet …..and we did wonder if there is a promotional program in place to spread the word.The wine? We had a bottle of the 2016 Cabernet. Truly superb! I did see some bottles going home after lunch.My advice? Try Vue on Halcyon. With so many hospitality businesses struggling right now it’s up to us to keep the really good ones going. This is a really good one!

We could not have been happier with all aspects of the wedding.The service all through the process including on the day was 100% outstanding. They made the whole process which can be really daunting, absolutely effortless and we felt like we were in really good hands the whole process. Special shout out to Dean, Rennae and Georgina who were all just absolutely top notch.The venue itself is stunning and they keep it maintained to an extremely high standard, so it was beautiful on the day and our photos looks amazing.The price is absolutely reasonable for what you get and they go out of their way to go above and beyond in all aspects.The food was next level at the wedding, so shout out to the chefs and food staff. All our guests commented on how good the food was. The wine is also wonderful and you can tell how passionate Dean is about that aspect of the venue. He could talk about wine all day and will take the time to explain everything you could possibly want to know about the wedding.Communication with the venue was impeccable. they took the time to answer every dinger questions we had, and did so expediently.The sound system at the venue is great, so your music/band will also sound gratin the day.I could not say a single bad thing about our experience of having our wedding at Vue on Halcyon. Celebrated a birthday with friends yesterday at Vue on Halcyon and couldn’t be happier. The food was delicious and the service and beautiful views are second to none. We will definitely continue to return to this venue. One suggestion would be to add two or three specials of the day to the menu as it is a limited menu and once you have visited a few times you are really looking for something new to try.Thank you for a lovely experience 😊

Been dining off the breakfast menu for almost 10 years—first time for lunch, and as always a pleasure to be looked after by Renee and her team.The produce is local and fresh, perfectly pairs with a splash of the 2015 Chardonnay.Can’t always guarantee it with the fickle Melbourne spring season, but if you manage to get in on a sunny day, you’ll get a view through of the open paddocks through the open patio doors that is relaxing and breathtaking at the same time.
Thanks again for a fabulous experience. We are regular breakfast guest but decided to try lunch on Sunday.The platter we shared was plenty for us to share. My partner and I came in for breakfast over the weekend and had the most wonderful time, the venue is just gorgeous we are 100% considering this for our wedding venue so beautiful! The coffee and chai were both lovely, my partner loved the big breakfast and I loved the eggs Benedict, everything was so tasty and well cooked. The staff were all so sweet and very friendly, the owner Dean was so bubbly and very quick to show us around their gorgeous venue, we can’t wait to come back!

We had the most incredible winter wedding at The Farm. From start to finish the staff were so professional and organised. We fell in love with the venue the first visit - the prefect setting for the rustic, yet modern wedding vibe we were going for. Our guests raved about how beautiful the setting looked and how amazing the food was (foodie family and friends). We could not fault the service on the day - all of the staff were incredible. In particular Nicole and Jade really went above and beyond to make the day perfect. We had high expectations, but The Farm really exceeded them. Could not recommend this venue more highly.
Highly recommend this venue for your wedding! I'm a wedding photographer and have shot here many times and each time is just as good. The food is AMAZING the staff are great and there are so many gorgeous photo spots around the property.
We had our wedding at the Farm in April with Lisa as our co ordinator and Jade as our helper on the day.We cannot fault a single thing at the Farm. Our wedding experience was absolutely perfect, from Nicole showing us round to, to Lisa helping us plan our timeline to Jade helping me into the car to go back to our accommodation after the wedding. We had a wine tasting as well which was super fun with really nice and knowledgeable cellar door staff helping out.Lisa was the best co ordinator we could ask for, so helpful and always so fast to answer my million questions. Lisa and the staff repurposed our ceremony flowers for our reception and did the most amazing job.Jade was so friendly and a very welcome addition to our day that I didn't know we needed. She took care of the little things, like holding my veil, bringing us food and drink inbetween photos and carrying my bag for me to make sure I didn't forget anything.The food was also great, we still get compliments on it. Make sure you include the Wagyu dish for your canapes hour, it was the best!!The actual venue itself is stunning, with so many great locations for photos and farm animals to also feature in them.We have had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to and the staff were so lovely and kind to them.Thank you so much to all of the staff at the Farm, Lisa, Nicole and Jade for helping to make our wedding the best day of our lives.

We got married on the 10/03/24 and we couldn't be happier with everything at The Farm. The service, organisation, communication, food (to die for!), areas of the venue (so many beautiful areas for photos and for guests!), even the atmosphere of having speeches outside was incredible. It was an extremely hot day and the ceremony was moved inside without any issues, and we didn't need to stress about anything. We were also pretty blown away with the support we felt throughout the planning process and on the day (thank you to Lisa and the team!!). Everything looked perfect and the day/night ran so smoothly. Our dream day came true and we are so grateful!

We had our wedding at the farm last weekend and it was SO GOOD.The venue is picturesque and created a lovely space for us and our guests to party in.Booking was really easy and in the lead up they were super helpful and prompt with all our questions, preferences and last minute changes.On the day Lisa and her team ran the whole wedding perfectly – we didn’t see any of it and the day ran seamlessly around us. They were onto the details and what needed to happen when. Service was really professional and friendly all night. There was so much food and it was such good quality everyone was stuffed by the end of it, including the bride and groom which is unheard of! We had lots of dietaries and they were all really well accommodated.Definitely have The Farm on your list of wedding venues to check out, you will have the best day.
We got married at The Farm in September, and could not have been happier with our whole experience. From the first moment we visited The Farm, we knew this was where we had to get married.The venue is beautiful, and has a range of stunning options for your ceremony and photos (no need to worry about wet weather back-ups, every space is gorgeous). The food and wine were fantastic (mmmm the lamb ....) - everyone complimented the menu and feast-style dining and the team were able to cater for all sorts of dietary requirements. We can't wait to come back for future events!What truly sets The Farm apart is the staff. Elysia, Katie and Natalie made the process stress-free - patiently answering our questions, providing advice and resources to help things run smoothly, and just went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible day. I cannot recommend The Farm enough to any future brides and grooms (I wish I could give them a higher rating than five stars!!!)

We had our wedding at The Farm 3 weeks ago and it was absolutely amazing! The best day of our lives! Elysia and all the staff at The Farm are incredible at what they do and ensure everything runs seamlessly. From our initial tour to the night of our wedding, every little detail was thought about and planned perfectly.The food was delicious and there was so much of it! We had The Farm also make our cake and it was superb. If you are after an indoor/outdoor option, The Farm has it all. Our night was a little chilly but they had the heaters going on the deck and out on the lawn, as well as the fire going. It created such a lovely atmosphere!The staff were so good at looking after our guests, making sure they all had plenty of food and drink and the people with dietary requirements were catered for so well.We were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside in front of the barn but the inside of the barn is just as beautiful now that they have done it all up! This was a fabulous day out and the staff were absolutely lovely.The winery has a delightful atmosphere and I’m very pleased to have discovered it as it’s definitely on my radar for a return visit.We started with the shared entree platter and a bottle of moscato (do enjoy a wine tasting before you leave) this has the interesting addition of pickled calamari alongside smoked salmon, olives, artichokes, yummy feta and perfectly delicious bread.Main wise I selected the Yarra Valley eye fillet with semolina gnocchi and red wine jus. There was also a surprise purée on the plate, to my further surprise the texture of the gnocchi was different to what I expected but it was perfectly delicious all the same. My husband had the chicken breast stuffed with feta and semi dried tomatoes which impressed.We were unbelievably full but dessert called, the cheese board with locally made quince and the pear ‘helene’. The namesake dessert was a nice subtle texture way to finish washed down with a Yarra Valley Tea Co peppermint blend.Being a family run business l felt there was an extra level of super friendly service and no pretension which you often experience with other wineries in the region. We had a simply wonderful experience
Amazing views and food for our wedding. Food service was wonderful too. Let down by the event management team.They were cold, inflexible and at times argumentative. Felt like we had to nitpick over the contract and inclusions rather than just trust them to be reasonable. On the day they made a small error over timing of canapes/reception start but refused to admit any issue.

We had our wedding at Vines last weekend and honestly 5 stars just does not come close to doing them justice!! Everything was so flawless - from the food, to the beautiful scenery, the coordination and table settings - everything completely and utterly exceeded our expectations. Our coordinator Rodney was fabulous from the get go - he ensured everything ran so smoothly on the day and gave us so many wonderful ideas that helped make our day so special. We were so blown away with everything, and our guests have not stopped raving about how beautiful this venue is. The food was unbelievable and their ability to cater to various dietary requirements was second to none (we can vouch their vegan food is EXCEPTIONAL). I expected our wedding day to be a little more chaotic than at was but we were just so calm and relaxed knowing Rodney had everything organised and under control all day. Could not recommend these guys enough!

I had the privilege of DJaying here yesterday. The staff were courteous the Venue looked newly renovated , the scenic view was spectacular and the food was very good. Plenty of room on the dance floor for dancing and the music does not travel over the guests to get to the dance floor like other reception centres. Definitely 5 stars. 🎧🎤

Incredible venue. My partner and I just had our wedding on the 19/02/23 and could not be happier. I’m a self admitted control freak (lol) and can be difficult to deal with when under pressure, but the team at Vines were so patient and calmed me right down any time I had any concerns. A special thank you to Zoe our wedding coordinator for going above and beyond and answering all of my 500 emails promptly and Angela the owner for also doing the same. The night was even better than I envisioned and I am so thankful for everything you all did for Jeremy and I. The venue is also gorgeous and there are a lot of inclusions that take a lot of stress away when planning your day. Future brides, don’t look any further! Thank you so much!
We had our wedding on the 18/12/2022 and all I can say to future brides is that you WANT to get married at The Vines of the Yarra Valley.Since we confirmed our date they have been nothing but amazing, replying to emails so quickly, answering the brides 100 questions and being super flexible. We couldn’t thank the owners enough, even though we couldn’t make our numbers they didn’t just take our money they offered us other suggestions to make our day even better. A massive thank you to the ceremony coordinator Zoe, who was amazing on the day. When we did have a hiccup instead of stepping back and getting the bride to deal with it, she called the company and got them to come back and fix it and let the bride relax the morning of the wedding. Steve the reception coordinator, was amazing! There was no glass left empty and the night ran so smooth! My guest’s loved the food and still a week later they are still telling me how good the food was! Overall if you want a beautiful wedding where your guests are leaving happy with full belly’s and endless photos of the beautiful scenery, The Vines is the place for you!Thank you again!!
I shot a wedding video here at Vines of the Yarra in September. And even with the on-and-off rainy weather, it was a very beautiful location with very pretty views.And the staff are nice to us too :) That always helps us get great images for a bride and groom :)
We have no words for how amazing all the staff at Vine are. From the owners all the way to the wait staff on the night. Planning our wedding was made so much easier with the help George, Angela and Steven! Everything is phenomenal from the chic modern venue, views, food and coordination.It goes a long way to say that these people are not just great at what they do, but they love what they do and genuinely good people at heart.Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we have Vines to thank a lot for that.The only shame is that we can only go back if there is a function. Would love to just travel up and have dinner or lunch there occasionally.

As a result of COVID, we had to postpone our day three times and again, this process was stress-free as Angela calmed our worried minds and assured us everything would be okay, making arrangements easily to suit our needs. Fabulous service from Briony and Sienna at dinner tonight. Every dish was delicious and superbly presented. We arrived in time to watch the sun set, the restaurant was a haven from the cold weather, and as we ate, sipped our beverages and chatted through the evening, we spied the ships and boats sailing through the bay. What a delightful experience - thank you!
Ruined day with the service staff spilling hot coffee all over me.Had to rush back to accommodation to quickly wash off the stains from my clothes & jacket, hang up to dry, before I could get out again.For the inconvenience I was compensated the costs of my orders - AUD $20.50(2 hot drinks and a serving of fries)For that I lost travel time - to & fro, laundry time, and shoes which I can only wash after I fly.(I have only one pair of shoes for this trip)Recommend not going especially if you have young children going along too - the cups are too narrow-based - they topple over easily.Additionally, email response from Jack Rabbit can be summarized as:"You got refunded. Our coffee cups are unique. Have a good trip in Australia"Photos enclosed are after washing my trousers and jacket in the restroom with water and rubbing off the stains (as much as I can) before the stains remain permanent.
I have to say the view at this place is amazing. We went to try a wine tasting and we share a cheese platter. Very busy for an amazing sunny day. We order and pay at the counter for two tastings and the share platter (cheese).They bring us the tasting and the cheese and that’s it we have to do the tasting ourselves reading what wine ect ect. Honestly we have been in so many wine tasting in Victoria and SA and this is the first time nobody explain to us about the wine, and this is our first time we didn’t buy any wine. Cheese platter was a piece of tasty cheese and Brie and some ricotta mousse on top the board. Amazing view and that’s it nothing else. Sorry guys
Million dollar view with supermarket food was very underwhelmed by the food here we tried a few different things and nothing was exceptional just average.Special should out to the meat platter which is about 300grams of 2 different supermarket deli meats and not great ones at that i think silver side and ham! pure rubbish I wish they had made it clear exactly what a meat platter was. Was very disappointed when it arrived and the entire table was shocked alongside me.
Nice surroundings, friendly staff but no warning that we would wait over an hour between entree and main course. Those of us who didn't have entree were very hungry. Booked for 1.15 pm, mains arrived after 3.00 pm. Fish was nice, duck was terrible and steak was without flavour.
I will admit the view is stunning!Wine is good too, but the service is really average. Looks like staff don’t know what they doing here… lack of training or motivation?The food is decent for certain dishes : mussels are good but very small portions, prawn pasta very tasty, burgers and calamari very disappointed. The bread was hard as a brick.
The cafe at Jack Rabbit is a fantastic place for lunch on a pleasant sunny day. The food is great. I can recommend the seafood platter, with Pinot Grigio to go with it.
Went for lunch with friends.Half of us enjoyed their food and the others, like myself, found it underwhelming.I had the Angus burger which was plated like a very simple dish. I really thought it was just for show -- to highlight that it's just a simple dish that packs a punch. Unfortunately it was just that ... plain and simple.Some of us had the wine tasting and we were brought test tubes with wine in it. It was served to us with a piece of paper. No explanation at all.There was an event starting so maybe the affected the overall service.We did enjoy the Pinot Noir and the view.

A lovely picturesque winery with beautiful wines. Laura was fantastic and knowledgeable about the wine tasting. The zinfandel wines were my favourite. Definitely check this winery out when you're next in the area.

Beautiful spot to overlook the vineyard and water in the back. We sat outside which had undercover seating and enjoyed a great meal overlooking the stunning views. The standout dish was of course the lamb blackstrap and surprisingly the focaccia - the braised short ribs was also good. Service was great too!

We went to terindah with a table of six today, absolutely loved it. Between us we had two starters, a main, and three sides, which was plenty of good. Gravalax is served with an amazing horseradish sauce, we loved the pork terrine, and for mains we had the lamb, mushrooms, and fish. All of it was brilliant, would highly recommend and will return again. Also loved the Chardonnay and the service!

Fathers day lunch which ended up being an extremely poor experience. Service was bad, the managers attitude was very very poor and unprofessional. Felt like we were at an expensive cafe with meals not winery quality. Walked away unhappy and only positive was having a quick drink were the at the tram which the 2 staff members on duty that day being extremely nice which was the exact opposite to those at the restaurant.
Had a really special lunch here for two on a Sunday arvo in the shed. Beautiful outlook, beaming sun shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and attentive service. The portion sizes are a bit confusing, but we were able to land on something that worked for us.The mussels, pork belly, chicken and wedges were all fantastic. They weren't selling bottles of the pinot gris (but would sell glasses?) and the food took a bit longer than expected for the small amount of attendees there, but if I'm giving this a 4.5/5 then I'm happy to round up to 5. Keep up the good work.
This was our first visit to Terindah Estate and we really enjoyed ourselves there. The food was excellent and my fish was not overcooked. Juicy on the inside yet it had a crispy skin. What could I ask for more? And the views were spectacular. From where we were seated, we could look back at Melbourne City and also to Mt. Macedon.
My partner and I had lunch at The Shed today and the entire experience was sensational. The new menu designed by the new chef is outstanding. Our entire lunch was delicious along with the wines.Compliments to the new chef and to our waitress Kathryn who had a terrific sense of humour and looked after us so well.We live locally and already look forward to our next meal at Terindah.

Glamping at Terindah is run Twilight Glamping NOT Terindah. I don't write negative reviews so I attach my photographs taken at 3.30 pm on 22/01/22 in 32 °C. so you can compare against the professional photographers pictures. Pack your hiking gear to walk to the beach, antivenom ? (the surrounding grass is very high) and a large beach umbrella (absolutely no shade as you are in the middle of a field). Purchased this as a gift for a romantic young couple and they were somewhat disappointed comparing the professional photos against the reality

We are at Cucina for breakfast. Beautiful venue food and price point. Wish they had a few more options for breakfast like a smashed avocado with chorizo maybe. But otherwise was stunning. The outdoor cafe is a great idea but the line was extraordinarily long and wasn't prepared to wait. May want to consider this from a service perspective on how to reduce wait times. No one likes standing in a line!
Cucina 3064 at Marnong Estate in Mickleham is the perfect place for a laid back, casual meal. The atmosphere is great, food is amazing, staff are outstanding and the views of the valley and vineyards are breathtaking. They are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I highly recommend a visit to this beautiful place.
I recently visited Marnong Estate and had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious, the steak bursting with flavor. Pizza made for my liking. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our dining . On top of all this, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. This is a hidden gem in the Northern Suburbs. We went there for wine tasting and we had a fantastic hosting by Alison who had a really good knowledge about not only the wines at Marnong but about wines in general and we learnt a few things. Apart from that we also enjoyed some nice wines with a cheese platter and breathtaking views. Would definitely be a highlight for our visiting friends and family.
Recently had my wedding at Marnong Estate and could not fault it.From the initial planning phase to the actual wedding day, communication was great. No request was too small. Our event manager Natasha was amazing! We also loved the menu tasting.The Bride and Bridesmaids stayed in the cabins the night before and it was perfect. We were able to settle in and enjoy the venue before having everyone come to us the day of the wedding.Ourselves, our families and our guests could not fault the venue!We are still getting compliments on how great the food, wine, service and scenery were.We had our event in the Green Grove followed by the Woolshed.We will also not forget Heidi, who served our bridal table! She did a great job and was a great addition to our day.Everyone was warm, and attentive cant fault the staff.We had the best day and have already come back for more food at Marnong.Thank you for an incredible experience, we love this place!And now its safe to say over 100 of our guests loved it too
My wife and I dined at Marnong Estate on Saturday. We both found that the service was excellent and our waiter had a lot of knowledge about the menu. This made the dining experience so much more enjoyable. Even though it was a long way to go, being on the other side of Melbourne from where we live, I would go there again.
Came here for the first time for a Wine Tasting and was highly impressed! We had the 6 Wines Tasting and ordered the $25 cheese board and it was absolutely value for money. The Staff we encountered were so friendly, shout out to Alison who did the Tasting for us, she was so passionate and knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable.The view tops it all off!

What can I say other than AMAZING!!! The food, service, atmosphere and the amazing view. My sister has her wedding on the 9th of March. We had so much fun! We ate every single last bite of the amazing food!The steak had so much flavour it was incredibly delicious. The sword fish was moist and had an amazing taste. My fav dis was the king fish carpaccio.Everything was delicious and fresh!Our server was Kayla ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ an absolute superstar!The service was first class. My sister ordered her cake from brunetti which they forgot to deliver on the day. The beautiful staff member by the name of Kayla bought a cake in just so my sister had a cake to cut. Kayla was so professional, kind and sweet, she made my sisters day complete! I recently attended the private event of Burak and Talya, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The venue had a lot of potential, but several aspects of the event fell short of our expectations.As a guest, I didn't receive dessert, which was a major letdown.Furthermore, the drinks were also missing from our service, which is a basic expectation at any event. When we asked the staff for drinks, their rudeness and unhelpful attitude only made the situation more frustrating.The food, when it finally arrived, was another point of concern. Not only did it come out much later than expected, but the portion sizes were incredibly small. Really disappointing.
Avoid this place at all costs!!!Firstly, the customer service provided during the event was notably lacking in politeness and professionalism. Moreover, the issue of drinks not being served to the guests in a timely and efficient manner was a significant inconvenience and issue. Instead of receiving the anticipated service from the staff, my own brother and several guests had to take it upon themselves to serve drinks by repeatedly fetching them from the bar. I was charged $20 per head for soft drinks and had 1 glass the entire night although I asked multiple times to staff for more.We had desserts included in our package. Around 1/3 of our guests missed out on the desserts. I don’t understand how this is possible when I paid for 66 guests and we had exactly 65 guests turn up. I had multiple complaints that night from guests asking why there were no desserts for them.Additionally, communication with the venue is problematic. When we attempted to address issues and express our concerns, it appeared that our feedback was met with indifference, leaving us feeling unheard and undervalued as customers.The most significant breach of our agreement pertained to the seating arrangements. We had explicitly requested 66 white Tiffany chairs for our event, but upon arrival, we discovered that all the chairs provided were black, deviating from our contractual agreement.Furthermore, we would like to bring to your attention that we were asked to remove a previous review posted by my partner, which detailed the issues we encountered during the event. I very much assume this will be the case for this review too.
My wife and I were celebrating our first anniversary with a glass of wine and a nice lunch. We were really excited to enjoy the lovely estate and then sit down for a bite. The booking process requested for a credit card number up front... okay, fair enough. We were 5 minutes early to our booking but were asked to come back when the "table was ready". Later, when being seated, we were put right next to a thoroughfare with an automatic door that kept opening every few seconds. Looking around, we noticed (and I counted) 10 other empty tables for two. I asked the waiter if we could be moved to a more suitable location, and they claimed that "they were full"... okay, fair enough. The meal was delicious, the wine was really nice, the automatic door was extremely annoying and the other tables... still empty. I can not fault the food but at least be accommodating to guests next time please.
I just want to say a BIG thank you to all your staff who waited upon us at a wedding I attended yesterday 28/10/2023.Especially a young waitress Heidi who has exceptional customer service skills and a beautiful smile too.The venue was wonderful and the beautiful grounds surrounding it were spectacular.All around a fabulous evening.
The restaurant views at sunset and the ambiance was truly lovely. The service amazing. Enjoyed a lovely house Shiraz. Unfortunately the quality of food at a high price point, way off the mark and really disappointing. Has major appeal and potential, however the food needs to meet a desired standard. If it can, we’ll certainly be back.

I loved my experience in the Russo Estate winery. Due to being under 18, I cannot say anything about the wine, but I can say that your staff were really helpful and caring, and the setting of the area was beautiful, added with a spectacular view of the grape farms outside. The food also felt like a dream come true. You do not want to miss out on this lovely experience!
