WEDDING CEREMONY OPTIONS AT THE DROMANA ESTATE

 

The Dromana Estate offers a stunning rustic setting for wedding ceremonies directly onsite. As mentioned, couple can choose to tie the knot either in front of the stables or under the cypress trees. From my experience of shooting wedding photography at the Dromana Estate, getting married under the cypress trees during the summer is a better option as the century old tree can provide lots of shade for your guests. The stables on the other side, is also a good option when there isn’t too much heat or direct sunlight, with an existing awning come arbour structure of natural wood and light against the weathered corrugated iron, the backdrop offered by the stables is truly one-of-a-kind.

 

WEDDING RECEPTION AT THE DROMANA ESTATE

 

With so many reception location options available at the Dromana Estate, every couple will be able to find their favourite spot to match with their vision for the wedding. Featuring concrete floor with vintage incandescent lights, the stables is the smallest venue that is perfect for intimate weddings. The museum next to the stables has a massive 260 capacity, while the interior decorations made from wine barrels, high ceiling and fairy lights will definitely wow your guests soon as the roller door opens. Lastly, if you want to truly embrace the Mornington scenery, then Dromana Estate offers you the opportunity to setup a marquee or tipi outdoor.

Nelson: A beautiful picturesque Mornignton wedding venue for a perfect day out. We celebrated a milestone birthday here and it was amazing. Great food, super friendly staff and a really good selection of wines. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be going back again.

 

Lousie: Walked into this beautiful winery last Sunday and we ended up having lunch there.  The food was delicious and the waitresses were very friendly and attentive.  The bonus was the country music playing in the garden while we sipping glasses of Tuerong Park Pinot Noir which was sensational!   We had a lovely time there and would recommend friends and families of this winery.

 

Drew: Lovely experience. Dave was very generous and kind, he took the time to walk us through and explain the wines available, and was happy to give useful tasting tips and even sommelier course information. The cheese board was delicious, with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a few glasses while we ate. We will be back for another enjoyable experience.
