It’s my third time staying here and I am still impressed with the features of the rooms - it is modern, sleek and the furnishings are just so tasteful. Cleaning was immaculate and the Front Office Staff who checked us in, Varada was very professional and courteous. Just one thing though - the bar staff was very dismissive when we availed our complimentary drink.

Superb location on the edge of the CBD and close to sporting venues. Rooms quiet, comfy and super clean.Club lounge was very good, very friendly staff.

From start to finish our experience at the Pullman has blown us away. All the staff were outstanding.The customer service at the hotel is to be envied and is of the highest standard in all departments.Everything was impeccable, from the rooms thru to the tiniest details. The staff were brilliant and accommodating. Sincerely I have not seen friendlier, hardworking staff throughout a hotel ever and I have stayed at many hotels in Australia and overseas. Management should be proud of themselves. It has been a treasure to experience it and now I understand what the Pullman experience is all about. Thank you

I was delighted to be returning to this hotel as was very impressed last time I stayed. Once again, the check-in staff and concierge went out of their way to make things as smooth as possible. I arrived early so the room was not ready which was to be expected. When I returned later my luggage was in the room and it only took a few seconds to collect the room key.When I went to check-out, I was met by a staff member who took my key before I could put it in the fast check-out box and asked if he could be of any further assistance.Unfortunately, the pool heating was not working and there was a sign stating that.Spacious room and bathroom.

We spent our 23rd wedding anniversary last Saturday at your wonderful establishment.Not only was it comfortable but it was perfect the whole time. Very clean and breakfast was just fantastic.Thank you for such a great experience

Great room overlooking the MCG. Well-appointed and comfortable; spacious.Friendly and helpful staff, especially on reception at check-in when I'd had a mistake in my booking. I always like the bar and service was pretty fast there, even on a couple of busy nights.

It felt like a proper hotel from years gone by (not with the decor, that was beautifully modern) but the fact it was large and spacious and not trying to be "trendy". The lobby bar was busy which is nice to see and the general atmosphere around there was so pleasant - I enjoyed just sitting there. The rooms were beautifully presented and had everything that is needed for a stay. I actually love your refurbished property - well done.

My husband and I stayed here for our first time in Melbourne, and we loved it! Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. The location was close enough to the city to walk everywhere, but far enough out for it to be quiet and removed from the busyness of the city. Plus, my husband was won over by the view of the MCG from our window! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. We will definitely be back and will recommend Pullman Melbourne on the Park to all our friends!

I recently stayed at Pullman and the service from the minute you walk in until you check out is amazing. Everyone was full of smiles, willing to help and service was excellent. Great hotel closer to the CBD. Thank you Stephen and his staff for making our stay wonderful. We will be back.

Great stay however, very confusing information regarding payment. Payment has been made for a two night stay however, there's still a $600 'pending' payment (which has been withdrawn from my account for no reason). I understand hotels charge $100 as a deposit which you get back but $600??? Won't be staying at this hotel again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was fantastic, the staff were really really amazing. I hope we weren't too loud til the early hours of the morning and thank you for accommodating us in the early hours. Reception staff you made our stay so warming. Thank you. My only suggestion; add an antipasto platter, some oysters and a few fresher items to the menu and it'll be 5 stars allll the wayyyyy ❤️🙏🍾😁

The renovation of the rooms have really changed the whole experience of staying here.Hoping that gym and food menu would get looked into as well. The menu choices are limited however very delicious. Breakfast is the best there. Staff is very lovely and welcoming.

Loved my stay at the Pullman. Friendly staff, great area in close walking distance to everything you need and rooms are really modern and nice. Took me ages to work out how to use climate control (via a multi-function unit on the wall as pictured) but it was easy to use once you work it out. Room service coffee was great👌🏼 Can’t wait to come back.
