The place is really beautiful and stunning, and the view is lovely. The seating is very comfortable, and the service is excellent. However, I’ve noticed multiple times that the coffee can be quite disappointing.

We were this on Saturday 6th Dec on account of wedding of our niece. We loved the hospitality of the staff. The service was exceptional. Great ambience and such a lovely atmosphere. It was a sat night delight for sure.
Title: Extremely Poor Coordination and Unprofessional StaffRating: ★☆☆☆☆As the wedding photographer for an event at this venue, my experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from the moment we arrived.Upon entering, the security guard refused us access to the main parking lot on the right, claiming it was full—even though we clearly saw cars leaving. We then drove to the secondary lot on the left, further from the venue, only to be turned away again. The guard insisted it was reserved for staff and also “full,” despite many visible empty spaces. Even after explaining that we were the wedding photographers and needed to unload heavy equipment, he showed no flexibility or assistance.In the end, we were directed to the farthest parking area, forcing us to carry all our heavy gear for a 10–15 minute walk in formal attire. Exhausted and with no help in sight, we arrived at the venue only to find no staff member available to guide or assist us.The most frustrating moment came when the wedding couple themselves pulled up in their car right near the venue entrance, and their wedding planner informed us we could have parked much closer—clearly, the parking rules were not as strict or as “full” as the guards claimed.This was not just an inconvenience—it affected our energy and readiness to work. A venue that hosts weddings should ensure smooth coordination, especially for vendors crucial to the couple’s day. Unfortunately, poor communication and inflexible staff made this a stressful and unprofessional start.I would not recommend this venue to any couple or vendor unless significant improvements are made in logistics and staff training.
