We met with the lovely couple in early 2019 and according to Kane, it did not take long for Taleisha to fall in love with our candid and documentary wedding photography style. Without too many words, we quickly discovered what the couples were after for their wedding photography and stood on the same page.
The morning getting ready: the couple had a quite big bridal party, and the more people we have, the more fun moments were available for me to capture. During the bride and groom’s morning getting ready, I photographed lots of laugher and funny moments, as well as some cool portraits of our handsome groom Kane as well as stunning bridal shots for Taleisha.
The wedding ceremony: the couple said I do inside ‘the Atrium’ bar room, the beautifully architect building not only offered a shelter from the rain, but also provided excellent backdrop for the couple’s wedding photography. During the wedding ceremony, I was able to capture a lot of authentic moments such as the ring exchange as well as the couple’s first kiss.
The wedding reception: the night celebration at the ‘Angliss’ room at Marnong Estate was one of a kind: with a panoramic view of the entire Macedon Range, it provided us with excellent backdrop for the couple’s first dance. During the sunset hours, we were also able to capture some most stunning sunset wedding photography.
Situated within 30 minutes’ drive away from the Melbourne CBD, the Marnong Estate is one of the newest Melbourne wedding venues. As a Melbourne wedding photographer, I love capturing wedding photography at the Marnong Estate as not only it offers uninterrupted views of the entire Macedon Ranges, but there are also endless photo locations directly onsite.
Another advantage of getting married at the Marnong Estate is flexibility: offering both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremony, bride-to-be no longer have to worry about the unpredictable Melbourne weather as the staff there will seamlessly organize backup plan.
And lastly, the reception room ‘Angliss’ is what truly make bride and groom’s wedding night truly special, with plenty of floor to ceiling windows, your dancefloor will be benefited with a stunning backdrop of the Macedon Range especially during the sunset hours, making your first dance truly memorable.
