We recently hosted our Alice in Wonderland–themed Welcome Reception at Greenfields Albert Park as part of our large convention, welcoming over 300 delegates - and it was nothing short of spectacular!The venue itself is stunning - open, bright, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for our theme. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The entire team made the planning process effortless, with clear communication, seamless coordination, and genuine enthusiasm that made us feel completely supported every step of the way.On the night, everything ran flawlessly. With three bars open, guests never had to wait for a drink, and the range of beverages was impressive and well-curated. The food was next-level - not only plentiful but beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. So many of our delegates commented that this was the best Welcome Reception we’ve had in years!A special mention also goes to Jack, who went above and beyond on the night, especially with the AV and microphone setup - nothing was too much trouble. And to Caitlin for being the perfect event planner from start to finish!Everything from the décor to the service to the breathtaking park views created a truly magical evening. We could not have asked for a better start to our convention!
