My visit to Eureka 89 left me utterly enchanted. I went on my birthday, and I have to say that I’m quite disappointed with the experience. A day before, I got a message to confirm my reservation, and there was a field where I could upload my picture so the staff know who to greet. I never saw anything like that, and I thought it was great. I was very excited, but sadly the experience on the day itself was far from great. First of all, the server asked if we had any allergy and if we were celebrating anything. I already gave this information when I reserve, I would expect that the server would already knew. Second, service was bad. There was a small hole on our tablecloth. Didn’t they check? Then someone came to put fork and knife on the table for the next course when we were still eating. They should have waited until we were done, then clear the table, then set up for next course. Not when we were still eating. Not only that, they were not attentive: not filling up water when glasses already empty, not clearing empty wine glasses from previous courses. Third, food was so basic. For the money we spent, we expect great food, but sadly that was not the case. The steak, which should have been the highlight, was served well done. We were not even asked how we liked our steak. Nobody liked well done steak. There are a lot of other disappointing things. The only saving grace was the view, and that was it. You’re paying for the view.
I had dined at Eureka 89 for my birthday and it was such a surreal experience. We were served by Anna who was so friendly, hospitable and had such a bright energy. The food was spectacular;the wagyu was one of the best I've ever had!
Service was good, everything else was average. Food was very up and down (cold steak, quail was dry, dessert was weird), wine match didn't seem to always match and the cocktails weren't great. For the price (all up we paid $750 which did include caviar) go somewhere else, the view isn't worth it. Very good view though, but you can see it from the sky deck
We held our wedding reception here at Eureka89 and all of our guests was stunned on the breathtaking views of the sunset and the evening views. The food was absolutely amazing and the ambiance of the place was fantastic. Chiara helped us a lot during the planning stages and is very quick on answering our questions prior to the event. The staff service was incredible and they are very friendly. Thank you Eureka89 for giving us a very unforgettable experience 🙂
Went to eureka 89 for the truffle dinner on 8 august and was really looking forward to it. The view was magnificent but the food and service was underwhelming to say the least. It was a really expensive meal but the crockery and cutlery was cafeteria style. We had a small bowl for the bread. All the food was barely warm and the food was just left in front of us with no explanation of what each course was as you would expect in a fine dining restaurant. The service was non existent with the same person going around to all tables to see if we needed a refill of wine. Someone got up and started talking randomly into the mike with no introduction and we had to ask someone who it was. The view was the best thing about this restaurant, everything else, food, service and ambience were very poor. I would certainly expect more for the price, been to many excellent fine dining restaurants, but this definitely wasn’t one of them.

Despite the unfortunate mishap with the entrance closure and confusing directions, it was Anna who swooped in to save our evening. Her swift and efficient resolution not only rectified the situation, but also demonstrated the exceptional standard of service at Eureka 89. She personified professionalism, and her genuine desire to ensure we had a memorable dining experience was evident in her every action.Our dinner was a symphony of flavors, perfectly orchestrated by the skillful chefs and Anna's knowledgeable suggestions. But it was Anna's exceptional service that turned this dinner into a remarkable experience.
