Married on the 24th of June 2022, Catherine and Jack’s wedding ceremony and reception were both held at Potters Receptions. Being their Yarra Valley wedding videographer, I captured lots of precious moments of the loving couple on their wedding day at this unique and stunning wedding venue.

Located at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, about 30 minutes away from Melbourne CBD, Potters Receptions is one of the most popular wedding venues in this region. As a comprehensive wedding venue, Potters Receptions offers a charming chapel with romantic canopy and handcrafted pews for indoor wedding ceremony. About outdoor candid and natural wedding ceremony, there are other options such as the lush lawn and beautiful court yard. With the abundant facilities in the venue, couple who have their special day here will be looked after by the professional team of Potters Receptions.
As a Yarra Valley wedding videographer who has been to Potters Receptions for a few times, what I love about this wedding venue is endless videography opportunities with the picturesque courtyard. As it is a one-of-a-kind venue, couples can head to the lovely gardens for their bridal party videography while their guest mingling and enjoy cocktail in the venue reception.
We met with the loving couple earlier this year and it was pleasant to know that the couple fell in love with our style of wedding videography at the very beginning. With many years of experience on capturing Yarra Valley wedding video, without too much words, we quickly managed to stand on the same page of the style we after.
The wedding getting ready: our Yarra Valley wedding videographer started his day by capturing the couple’s morning getting ready at the accommodation nearby before they head to the wedding courtyard ceremony.
The wedding ceremony: the wedding ceremony of Catherine and Jack was held at the courtyard. Under the arch decorated with white flowers, the couple exchanged their rings to each other and made their first kiss in front of all the friends and families, our Yarra Valley wedding videographer captured lots of tears and laughter.
The wedding video location: after the ceremony, the couple head to the gardens for their bridal party. With their friends, the couple had fun and made some sweet reaction between each other that captured by our Yarra Valley videographer in front of the white chapel and by the river side. The sunset that day was amazing and breathtaking and really made the day.
