Firstly, thanks for generous Mr. Kahf, he really give me an absolutely amazing for the start of the travel, I truly appreciate with him. Kajal is so lovely and warmhearted, at the checking time, my credit card get some problem, she just assisted me again and again till we finishing our check in, then she is so kind, she walk out the reception desk, detaily introduced the whole hotel to me, it’s my pleasure to check in with her. For the checkout morning, I really loved to talk with stephanie, she is so professional and kind, she patiently answered all my concerns, talkative, She struck up a conversation with me very naturally. I shared with her my itinerary in Melbourne over the past few days. As we talked, I could see the pride she felt for her hometown, and I greatly admired that about her. When I told her about the poor hygiene issues I'd encountered at the hotel these past few days, she immediately reassured me—unlike the man on the first night who said he couldn't do these details(I won’t talk too much).This is professional. I really enjoy live at here with these lovely persons! Also really good lunch experience on the lobby, kind and smart service, but it seems there are too few staff that everyone is so busy that they can't constantly attend to the needs of different customers. At checkout, I had to wait about 20-30 minutes. Improvements: 1.Hotel sanitation must be treated with utmost seriousness and rigor. This is the basic also most requirement of any hotel. 2. I believe breakfast should be more substantial. This is Park Hyatt, where breakfast is delicious but not diverse enough. I recall it being a mix of order and buffet, which maintains well, but the selection is too limited—quite boring. The chef team possesses excellent skills; I hope the hotel allows them to showcase their talents within a manageable budget. The chef is humorous and engaging, the service is outstanding, and the team works in perfect harmony. Thanks for whole PH staff.

Meh. Stayed at Park Hyatt’s in Auckland and Sydney, and this just doesn’t stack up. Room and gym feel outdated. Nice but just not modern. Staff don’t have same level of care as other hotels. Eg we got some stone fruit and champagne for our honeymoon greeting whereas other locations gave us dishes, champagne glasses, etc. (note - am a globalist). Location is on edge of CBD, so it’s a 15 min walk to anything. Accessible but not right in the action. But if coming for the brand name, don’t expect to be “wow” by this park Hyatt. Nothing special and wouldn’t come out of way to stay here again.
