Nice place. I had a korean fried chicken burger with chips. It was good but not worth what I paid for it, because the other ingredients in the burger like the coleslaw tasted like it had been bought in a packet from the supermarket. The sauce was very sticky and didn't add much flavour. The chicken itself had a good flavour and was crunchy, and the chips were nice and crisp. The service was great and being able to split the bill at the table is a fantastic feature that I haven't seen before. There's a QR code that takes you to a page where everyone can select what they ate and pay for it. We sat outside on a picnic table, our backs got sore without the back support, so would be nice to change the table style, in my opinion.
I went to Mercetta today for brunch, and I had a sensory processing flare (due to anxiety around food textures) while I was there. I found myself too anxious to eat the food I ordered. The staff were incredibly kind and as I hadn’t eaten any of the meal they kindly comped it. I also grabbed a green juice from them - delicious.Thank you to the Mercetta team for being so kind and understanding 🫶🏻
