Pretty awful experience yesterday.
Made a reservation beforehand. When we arrived, hostess seated us along with a bottle of water and no glasses. Said she'd bring out some glasses but never did - and it only went downhill from there.
Our table was also missing a table number which you need to order at the bar. When we went up to order, the same hostess took our order and acted confused when we said we don't have a table number. Still no glasses btw.
We order a bottle of sparkling along with our food, and she only gives us one champagne glass. Says they're currently washing them and will bring them out to us. Spoiler - she never did. After 10 mins of waiting I went back to the bar, asked a different server for a champagne glass and she was more than happy to give me one.
The food eventually arrives with parts of the order missing and no cutlery. I again go up to the bar to ask for cutlery, and the same hostess again looks at me confused, pointing far away where the cutlery was and how I could possibly not know that.
Throughout this experience, not one apology from the staff.
Enough wineries in the area. Won't be coming back here.

I was given a $5 note as change, but it was torn in half, so I asked for it to be replaced. While swapping it over, the cashier made a loud sarcastic comment (“like this would make a difference”), which came across pretty rude. Customer service could be better. Thank you Jack Rabbit for this memorable birthday! 😁Maybe getting her fired would make a difference.

Beautiful food…I ordered the prawn linguine, and my parents the fish and chips and kebab platter. Very generous on the prawns and nicely balanced flavours. Very generous kebab plate with so many different flavours that worked beautifully together. Tender marinated steak. Friendly staff, great red wine tasting and breathtaking views!!! On a sunny day, I’d thoroughly recommend! I didn’t want to leave!
Went for a family members birthday and the food was amazing and the wait staff was incredibly accommodating, patient and were overall incredible! Specifically Siena who went above and beyond in cleaning up 2 spills we caused!
