While our wedding was special because of our guests, our experience with Mint & Mingle was let down by how issues were handled.There was a power outage during our first dance, which stopped the music. In their response afterward, the venue took no responsibility, placing full blame on our DJ despite hosting DJs at the venue regularly and never flagging power concerns beforehand.We also raised concerns about guest coordination and cleanliness of the pool area, which were brushed off as being outside their scope or due to natural elements.What disappointed us most was the lack of ownership or genuine apology. Attended a wedding here and the venue was delightful with it indoor and outdoor spaces. The wisteria was also in full bloom.
Unfortunately the management and set-up of this venue proved detrimental to the day of our engagement party. I would never recommend it to any person and have actively encouraged people asking about booking here to seek alternatives. We had a lot of issues on the day: our pre-planned and drawn out seating not being set-up correctly by their staff as had been agreed on prior which in turn created issues for our event stylist, being told that booking included the entire space including nursery from 4PM but arriving to find nursery still open and did not close until 5PM, meaning our photo session got cut back by an entire hour as there were people around and we were veiled and unable to uncover at the venue we payed to book, the bridal suite being on the other side of the entire site and not remotely close to main building (this was not adequately highlighted in the diagrams or information we were given) and did not have air con or fan in the summer, inadequate air con in the venue which we were told was fully air conditioned only to find half the air con system broken on the day of our event, poor sound system which did not even project and thoroughly affected our drumming entrance and dancing in general. We worked really hard to bring our event together on the day due to all these issues and were thoroughly disappointed by our experience with this team and this event space. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Genuinely unforgivable.

Grow Event Space was exactly that and more! The lush greenery created such a beautiful, natural atmosphere, making it feel both intimate and open at the same time.Our guests were blown away by the setting, and the venue’s team was incredibly accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. It was the perfect backdrop for our special day, and we couldn’t be happier.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique, stylish, and stress-free event space

The bridal suite was an added bonus, giving us a comfortable space to prepare before the big day.Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how incredible everything looked and how well everything flowed!
