Ceremony options are a bit complicated at the Encore St Kilda, there are three ceremony locations available for hire which are the Bay View room, garden room as well as the rooftop. The Encore St Kilda set their ceremony hire fee based on the time of the day (afternoon and evening) as well as the season. Afternoon ceremonies are more expensive because they have to close down the venue earlier for the ceremony, an afternoon ceremony will also incur an extra $2,000 fee which is reflected on the minimum spending.
