If you’re looking for a wedding venue that combines a rustic feel with modern elegance and luxury, this is it. The family owned and operated Russo Estate is situated in Digger’s Rest just 40 minutes from Melbourne CBD, for the perfect wedding venue just a stone’s throw away from the city.
As a Melbourne wedding photographer, I love the Russo Estate, because it is surrounded by panoramic views of nature, wildlife, mountains, grasses, and wetlands that create a stunning backdrop from every angle.
The Russo Estate and vineyard offers a range of venue options on one site, ranging from outdoor arches and marquees overlooking the estate’s waterfall to indoor reception spaces – all of which are designed to maximize natural light and take in the natural surroundings. There are even nine luxury domes on-site, so you won’t even need to travel to the venue! The Russo Estate really does have everything all in the one place.

Weddings at Russo Estate
Whether you’re looking for an indoor or outdoor wedding venue, Russo Estate has five different venue options available on site. Say your “I Do’s” under the Main Arch, Garden Arch, Horse Shoe Arch, Marquee, or Under the Gumtree, before moving inside for the reception at one of the estate’s luxurious indoor reception spaces. All of the estate’s ceremony and reception venues have been designed to take full advantage of their natural surroundings, creating the perfect backdrop for all kinds of photo opportunities. At Russo Estate, you’re guaranteed to get that perfect shot!
Russo Estate is also home to nine luxury domes on site, including seven classic domes and two honeymoon domes, meaning you won’t even have to travel to or from your venue! All of the luxury domes are opulently furnished, and overlook the incredible outdoor views enjoyed by the entire estate.
Russo Estate offer a range of packages to take the hard work out of planning a wedding, with dedicated planners on hand to help you at every step of the way. They also offer a selection of reception and ceremony packages to suit everyone, whether you’re looking for a low-key elopement or a bigger ceremony.

Russo Estate offers a range of ceremony and reception packages to suit everyone, regardless of your budget or what you are looking for in your wedding venue. Whether you’re looking to elope or have a bigger ceremony with lots of friends and family around you, Russo Estate really has something for every couple.
Russo Estate’s ceremony & reception venue hire packages start at $1800, and allow you to take advantage of the five stunning locations they have available. Ceremony packages include your choice of location, 40 chairs, a red carpet for the aisle, a wine barrel for signing during the ceremony, and access to the venue to rehearse prior to your big day.
The Russo Estate’s lunch dining packages start from $100pp, while thier evening dining package starts from $130 to $170.
