Thank you to all involved in making this 3 night getaway a memorable experience. The room was spot on with a great view, lovely and quiet, and the food and drink were very good. Also nice and close to all the activities we took part in. Each and every staff member we had contact with were impeccable and very friendly.

Really nice location and close to the restaurants and pubs. Rooms are pretty ordinary but ok. Restaurant was pretty middle of the road but perhaps that's where the demand is. Food was bland with no real fresh options. I had a calamari salad where the calamari was overcooked and the salad was way too sweet. Buffet breakfast was included which was ok

Overall, it's a great place to stay with families. There's enough to keep everyone entertained, although I wish they'd bring the table tennis table back and maybe have a pool table somewhere.Apartments are spacious and have everything you need to make meals and rooms are fairly clean. There are certainly signs of age and they could probably do with a bit of maintenance that would bring it back to life (e.g regrout bathrooms, clean blinds, replace the couches, etc). For the price, it's a great stay and I would be happy to come back - just hope that they make some updates to the rooms.

I would give a 5 star rating, but the fact there was no cooking oil and the table under decking just suddenly dropped when we were having dinner was a bit too much. We enjoyed the view, the park and swimming pool. Clean apartment. Would recommend.

My son and I booked a room with a note requesting two single beds. They accepted the booking, but then told us they couldn't supply two single beds. Then they wouldn't refund our money because it was apparently after the cut-off for refunds even though we contacted them straight away. We even spoke to them but they refused to help. It was a "computer says no" situation, nobody seemed to have the discretion or interest to assist us and we couldn't get a refund. Been there before several times, but won't be back again.

Lovely place to stay, so near Phillip Island-Easy 5 min drive to San Remo or to the Island.Accommodation was great- bright, modern, functional and clean. Private balcony. They provided bath and beach towels.2 pools- 1 cold outside pool with sun loungers, 1 heated indoor pool with spa and sauna.Soaps, shampoos, linen all included.Nice kitchen with dishwasher.Buffet breakfast offered as well as evening happy hour and other meals. There's lots of room for a game on the grass, jumping pillows for the kids, a games room, bball hoops and tennis courts.Friendly, helpful staff.I image it would be busy and noisy in summer holidays!

Spent 2 nights here. Beautiful resort. Perfect for kids. Jumping pillows, playground, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and tennis court. The room was perfect. Very clean. Staff all friendly. The small menu for dinner probably suggests eating out. Breakfast was fantastic, though.

Good location, lots of parking. On site restaurant is decent but you you'll get better value eating in town. Didn't take the breakfast option either as it doesn't seem worth it when there is so many bakeries nearbyWalls are very thin, you can hear everything and the rooms are probably due for a refurb anytime soon now. I stayed here about 12 years ago and it looks identical from then. For the price it's good value

We rent a two bedroom apartment for our vacation. The rooms are well kept and clean with all the essentials, nice for family outings and convenient for nearby exploration. The front view is nice as it face the sea.

Very dirty and unpleasant smell. It didn’t seem like it was cleaned properly. Was instructed to do my own dishes and throw out rubbish or an additional charge would be added on. The windows had no fly screens. Breakfast buffet was so disgusting paid $50 for nothing. Also had to pay for extra towels. The conjoined restaurant (watermark restaurant) paid $80 for two items ( the chicken in the butter chicken was very disgusting and tasted off) returned all my items back. The only thing edible was the dinner rolls. My parking for my car was a five minute walk from my room. Would never go back even if someone paid me.

Really good get away for a quick weekend break. Close to bakery’s and restaurants. We went on a very wet winter weekend however, the heated pool, sauna and spa made up for that. Kids were entertained with the games room but plenty to see and do within a 20 mins drive.
